Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Evermac collects, uses, retains, and protects information submitted through this website, and the choices available to you regarding that information.

Last updated October 2, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Evermac website and to the forms on it. It does not apply to the machines you rent from Evermac, which are administered by you, or to third-party services you choose to use on them.

2. Information we collect

We collect information only when you provide it to us. Through the notification form on a machine marked coming soon, we collect your email address and the configuration you asked about. Through the contact form, we collect your name, your company if you provide it, your email address, and the message you write. Submitting either form is voluntary.

When you submit either form we also record, and store alongside what you wrote, the IP address of your connection, the country it resolves to, the browser you used, and the time. We keep these to operate and secure the website and to identify automated abuse of the forms. Our web server additionally records requests in standard logs.

3. How we use information

We use the email address submitted through the notification form to send one message when the configuration you asked about becomes available for ordering. We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to your inquiry. We do not use either for marketing, and we do not send newsletters or promotional messages to addresses collected through this website.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do use service providers to run the website on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions, and Resend delivers the email we send in response to them. Each handles the information only to provide that service to us, under contract, and not for any purpose of its own. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evermac or others.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or session recording. The website's typeface is served by Google Fonts; when the page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, and that request carries your IP address as any web request does. Evermac receives no information from that request. The forms are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs when a form is submitted and checks that the submission came from a person. Your browser contacts Cloudflare to perform that check. Turnstile reads no part of what you typed, and we have confirmed it stores nothing in your browser.

6. Retention

Email addresses submitted through the notification form are retained until the message you asked for has been sent or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. If a configuration never becomes available, the list for it is deleted after twelve months. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. Server logs are retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To be removed from a notification list, reply to any message we send you and ask, or write to us through the contact form. We will honor requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children

This website is directed at businesses and professionals and is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and material changes are noted here. Information already collected is not used in a materially different way without notice.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy may be sent through the contact form on the home page.
